Thorough inspection inside and outside. Explained concerns/issues as Chuck was doing the inspection. Final report was sent when he promised. He answered post inspection questions promptly. He was accommodating when asked move the radon test to a different day after the owner moved out, to ensure the test was done effectively. I appreciated his kindness & patients throughout the process.

Chuck was a great! He took the time to be very thorough and to explain every detail that he noticed. I have had other inspectors and tradesmen that speak in a condescending tone when speaking with women. Chuck did not do that, he was very respectful and professional.I highly recommend his services.

Let me tell ya. This man KNOWS HIS CRAFT. One of the most THOROUGH AND INFORMATIVE inspections I have ever seen,. He explained in detail along the way and gave a very knowledgeable education on what he found . Would highly recommend for anyone looking at a new house. Thank you for your services. I really appreciated the detail explanations as we walked through the property. Hearing the safety standards of today versus of when the home was built definitely clarified a lot.
I also enjoyed the explanations as we went along the property so it wasn't so overwhelming to just get the report and read it on my end.

Absolutely amazing, he has a side business as a contractor and I know him from that. He helped fix a door to make our house sale go through. He installed cabinets and a dishwasher with communication all the way through and his diligent and fantastic work I could expect the same from his inspector work
