As a Home Inspector, I love exploring and inspecting properties for my clients, but I have always enjoyed the opportunity to educate my clients about their homes as well. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

How did I get here?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a 25+ year career in IT, I wanted a change. I was looking for a new career that allowed me to work for myself and have more control over my schedule. I worked as a full-time Realtor for just long enough to know I could continue and be successful, however it became clear that it was not something I was passionate about. But working in real estate provided me a glimpse into the world of home inspections, and I knew that was what I really wanted to be doing. As a professional Home Inspector, I can honestly say now that I love what I do every day! And being a Home Inspector with a background in real estate sales has its benefits too. I understand the entire home buying and selling process and can speak with clients and Realtors on that level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I grew up in Northeast Ohio and have lived in several of the suburbs between Cleveland and Akron throughout my life. I currently reside in Cuyahoga Falls with my wife who owns a home baking business, and our dog Lucy who is very popular with everyone she meets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
